Coffee Returns
We have a 10-day return policy from the date of purchase. If your purchase was more than 10 days ago, then we unfortunately will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will accept damaged items for refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date as long as the product is in new just out of the bag condition: not worn, not washed – this will be at our discretion. If you have an issue, please email us and we will make every attempt to make it right!
If a return is requested- simply provide us with the order number, reason for return, and the item(s) you are returning, and we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. We will process your return request within 24 to 48 hours.
After receipt of your return, please allow five to ten days for your exchange to be processed: received, produced, and shipped. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours; you will need to allow time for your bank to post the credit.
Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable.
Sale Items and Discontinued Items
We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds on sale items or discontinued items.Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective Products
In the event you receive a defective product please send us an email, we will make it right.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
